    Placing an order online

    1. Browse our online catalog. To access a product category more quickly, use the sub-menus in the “product” tab. For a more precise search, you can also use the “category”, “brand” and “price” filters on the “product” page.

    2. Add all the items you wish to purchase to your basket. To do this, click on the desired product, then on the “Add to cart” tab. You can view and modify the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the “basket” tab.

    3. Once you've made your selection, go to your shopping cart and click on the “order” tab. Then enter the requested information, or log in with your e-mail address and password if you already have an account.

     4. An order confirmation and tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours of your order; for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, the confirmation will be sent on the following Monday.

    Secure site: SSL protocol

    SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is used for the complete protection of customer information when shopping online, so that your information remains confidential. We accept all major credit cards securely on our site. With the industry’s advanced protection of encryption, fraud prevention, and buyer protection policies, you can buy with confidence.

    Payment methods accepted

    Payments are made via PayPal, but you can also use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's club, EnRoute or your own PayPal account.

    It is not necessary to create an account to place an order.

    You can place an order easily without creating an account. Your account will be automatically opened when you make your first purchase, and you can access it at any time to view your purchase history

    You can also choose to open an account without purchasing, which allows you to benefit from exclusive promotions and to be informed of the latest products first.

    CURRENCY AND TAXES

    Currency used

    All prices listed on the site are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

    Applicable taxes on products

    There is no tax applied on coffee. For other products, GST, QST, and HST taxes are applied depending on your province of residence.

    ORDERS

    Tracking the status of an order

    An order confirmation and a parcel tracking number will be provided to you by e-mail within a maximum of 24 hours following your order; for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, confirmation will reach you the following Monday. You can track the delivery status of your parcel at any time on the Canada Post Website at www.postescanada.ca

    Modify or cancel an order

    As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can modify its content or cancel it. To do so, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible to commande@edika.com.   

    In the event of cancellation, EDIKA will retain 5% of the payment made.

    Out of stock

    All the products featured on the Édika Website are in stock. If exceptionally you order a product that is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay. You will then be able to replace your product or cancel your order.

    ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

    Modifying your account information

    To change your account information, go to your account by clicking on the "My account" tab. Once logged in, you can access and modify your information.

    Forgot your password?

    Click on the "My account" tab, then on "Forgot your password?". An automatic message will then be sent to your e-mail address with your password.

    Ordering by phone

    You can place an order by phone during our opening hours. (to access it directly, click here). The information to be provided will be the same as when you order on the Website, and the delivery turnarounds are identical. Note, however, that the payment methods accepted in this case are Visa and MasterCard only.
