BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the Order Manager, you will be responsible for processing web orders and providing information to customers, while ensuring a high-quality shopping experience in line with our company's positioning.

This position, available from March 18, is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, for a period of 14 months.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative tasks (40%)

  • Manage web orders (creation in the system, fraud management, etc.)
  • Follow up orders with shipping
  • Report any malfunctions encountered on the website and related applications to the website manager
  • Invoicing
  • Produce reports for accounting

Customer service for online orders (60%)

  • Anticipate possible customer returns by checking orders and identifying possible order errors.Help customers order on the site or modify their subscription.
  • Understand and explain to customers any problems encountered with orders placed (delivery charges, orders split in two, etc.).
  • Handle customer returns or queries after receiving their order.
  • Customer support on online platforms (Heyday and Inpukit)

        SKILLS REQUIRED

        • Valid Canadian work permit.
        • Passion, experience and/or knowledge of coffee and ideally of the coffee industry in Quebec (an asset).
        • Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
        • Significant training and experience in administration and customer service (with references).
        • Knowledge of Servicentre software (an asset).
        • Dynamic, customer service-oriented and collaborative.

        Remuneration: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour

        Expected hours: 40 per week

        Ability to commute or relocate: Montreal, QC H3L 2N7: Commute without difficulty or plan to relocate before taking up position (Mandatory).
