    Placing an Order Online

    1. Browse our online catalog. To access a product category more quickly, use the sub-menus of the "product" tab. For a more precise search, you can also use the "category", "brands" and "price" filters once you are on the "product" page.

    2. Add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart. To do this, click on the desired product, then on the "add to cart" tab. At any time, you can view and modify the content of your cart by clicking on the "cart" tab.

    3. Once you have finished your selection, go to your cart and click on the "order" tab. Then enter the requested information or log in by entering your email address and password if you already have an account.

     4. An order confirmation and a tracking number for your package will be provided by email within a maximum of 24 hours following your order; for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, the confirmation will reach you the following Monday.

    The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol is used for the full protection of customer information during online shopping, so that their information remains confidential. We securely accept all major credit cards on our site. With advanced industry encryption, fraud prevention, and buyer protection policies, you can shop with confidence.

    Accepted Payment Methods

    Payments are made via PayPal, but you can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club, EnRoute, or your own PayPal account.

    It is not necessary to create an account to place an order.

    You can easily place an order without creating an account. Your account will be automatically opened upon your first purchase, and you can access it at any time to view your purchase history.

    You can also choose to open an account without making a purchase, which allows you to benefit from exclusive promotions and be informed of the latest news first.

    Currency Used and Taxes

    All prices listed on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

    Applicable Product Taxes

    There are no taxes applied to coffee. For other products, GST, QST, and HST taxes are applied based on your province of residence.

    Orders

    Tracking an order

    An order confirmation and a package tracking number will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of your order; for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, confirmation will be sent the following Monday. You can track the delivery status of your package at any time on the www.postescanada.ca website.

    Changing or cancelling an order

    As long as the package has not been shipped, you can change its content or cancel it. To do so, please send us an email as soon as possible at commande@edika.com.   

    In case of cancellation, fees corresponding to the costs incurred to process the transaction will apply.

    Out of stock

    All products presented on the EDIKA website are in stock. If, exceptionally, you order a product that is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay. You will then be able to replace your product or cancel your order, as you wish.

    Account Information and Forgotten Password

    Correcting Account Information

    To change your account information, go to your account by clicking on the "my account" tab. Once logged in, you can access and modify your information.

    Forgotten Password

    Click on the "my account" tab, then on "forgotten password". An automatic message will then be sent to your email address with your password.

    Ordering by phone

    You can place an order by phone during our opening hours (to access them directly, click here). The information required will be the same as if you were ordering on the website, and delivery times are identical. Please note, however, that the only payment methods accepted in this case are Visa and MasterCard.
